Polaris Library Sytems' API and you could win
This skill-based Challenge is sponsored by Polaris Library Systems and was designed to encourage development of unique applications to assist libraries and their patrons. It provides an opportunity for Syracuse University and LeMoyne College students, as well as Polaris customers, to work directly with the Polaris Application Programming Interface (“API”) to develop applications that could ultimately be used in a library-patron setting. This Challenge is open to all participants who meet the criteria outlined herein, and who register for the Challenge (“Challengers”). In order to participate in the Challenge, you must agree to be bound by these Rules and to all decisions of Polaris, which are final, binding and conclusive in all matters. Challengers must be registered for the Challenge and in so doing, will, for the duration of the Challenge only, be registered members of the Polaris Developers Network (“PDN”). Challengers must agree to the Polaris API end user license agreement (available at http://developer.polarislibrary.com/polaris-pdn-and-api-end-user-license-agreement.aspx). Registration may occur at any time from 12:01am EST on November 4th, 2011 through 11:59pm EST on December 4th, 2011. The Challenge will begin at 12:01 am EST on November 4th, 2011 and will end at 11:59pm EST on February 20th, 2012.
No purchase necessary to enter or win, void where prohibited. Registration and participation in the Polaris Library Systems APP Challenge (herein, the “Challenge”), constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions between you and GIS Information Systems, Inc., d/b/a Polaris Library Systems (“Polaris”).
